The Service

WorkspaceGuard provides automated security monitoring for your Google Workspace and other connected services. We run checks you configure and notify you of issues.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• One person or organisation per account

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Overload the system with excessive requests
• Resell the service without permission

What We Do (and Don't Do)

WorkspaceGuard monitors and reports on your security configuration. We never make changes to your Google Workspace or other connected services. All recommendations are advisory only. You maintain full control over your environment.

Limitations

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or catch every security issue. This is a tool to help you, not a replacement for professional security audits.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
